Flores is only an hour and a bit from Bali, yet it still remains relatively quiet. Perhaps its a good thing, as its infrastructure is still fledgling and it certainly won't be able to cope with large quantities of tourists. But this means that it still feels relatively 'new', and the chance for an adventure looms large on this picturesque island.
